This workshop will explore how a united service vision and philosophy will support the direction and motivation of the whole team to assist the service to achieve quality outcomes for children. This workshop will cover:
- how to capture the values and beliefs of your team to ensure alignment with the overall vision and philosophy
- ways to identify what is important for the children within the community
- developing clarity and motivation to strive towards meeting the vision and philosophy
- using the vision as a “compass” and the philosophy as the “map”
