The LEQ Risk and Compliance function supports schools through facilitating risk, governance and compliance workshops for school councils and risk committees. The workshops are customized for schools councils and risk committees covering topics including governance roles and responsibilities of council and committee members, compliance obligations, risk register development and review.
Last week I had the pleasure of working with the Faith Lutheran College Plainlands Council to review the governance roles and responsibilities of council members, key risks facing school councils and identifying and developing risk treatments.
