What Opportunities are there to explore an ongoing hybrid model of schooling?
What roadblocks do you think might need to be recognised and removed if we are to explore any kind of ongoing hybrid model that gives staff and students flexibility over where they choose to learn from?
These were some of the fascinating and exciting discussions had last week by Prof. Stephen Heppell with Lutheran Educators and Leaders. Professor Stephen Heppell who is a close friend of Lutheran Education, has convened a small discussion group across the world to input into this important investigation of hybrid learning where remote and physically present students learn simultaneously without being treated as two separate groups. The group includes Lutheran Educators as he believes our Lutheran Schools lead the way in transforming and leveraging contemporary learning after his earlier 2020 experience visiting and working with some of our schools.
