Last week seminal Service-Learning researcher & author Shelley Billig shared the findings regarding what makes for impactful Service-Learning.
Service-Learning is one critical way our young people can engage in the vision of the life we are called to, as well as grow as a learner. And yet Shelley Billig was clear that its effectiveness is only demonstrated when the Service-Learning engagement pays attention to key planning and implementation elements. We are looking forward to continuing to journey with schools in this space next year!
