Prince of Peace Community Forum – Unpacking Contemporary Learning through the Portrait of a student/graduate

“Dave (Council Chair), myself and the rest of the Leadership were certainly very happy with the way the night ran and how our community richly interacted with each other throughout the activities and important data gathering for the College”.   Simon Hughes Principal Prince of Peace Lutheran College.

There was a buzz of energy yesterday afternoon and evening at Prince of Peace Lutheran College. Students, parents, alumni, council, leadership and staff together engaged in the popular session of Contemporary Learning and unpacking what the profile of a Prince of Peace student/graduate should be in today’s world.

The energy was high for over 3 hours with the whole community engaging in activities which enabled and displayed the strength of the College’s commitment to working together. The huge amount of data will also help in guiding and informing the strategic direction of the College. The activities were facilitated with vigour and energy and the initiative has been refined across LEQ and LEVNT. The shining lights of the night would have to be the current student representatives who leveraged their agency to inform us all on how great Prince of Peace is and how to make it even better.
