On 7 June, LEQ Secretariat released guidelines for LEQ Schools and Colleges for reporting notifiable incidents to the Executive Director, LCA Insurance, Work Health Safety Queensland and the Electrical Safety Office.
The document, Notifiable Incidents – Guidance for LEQ Schools/Colleges, details the criteria and procedures for reporting notifiable incidents relating to critical injury, health and safety, child protection, fraud and corruption, disruption to operations, litigation, property damage, reputation, privacy, accreditation and COVID-19.
The document was distributed via email to all LEQ Principals and Business Managers and is also available on ERM through the LEQ Central module, within the LEQ Administration (Service) category.
