We are looking forward to hearing from Jim Schirmer, Associate Lecturer for the Master of Counselling Program at UQ. He will be speaking with us about staff wellbeing amidst a significant period of challenge, ongoing change and uncertainty. Whilst the burden of health is often put at the feet of the individual, Jim will explore the significance of community in this space.
We will also be exploring key dimensions of Pastoral Care in our Lutheran school context, how our theology informs our Pastoral Care practice, what we ‘do’ in our communities as well as language which can support what we do.
