With many of our schools offering Vocational Education and Training (VET) as part of the senior curriculum, including some which are Registered Training Organisations in their own right, it is important that the new Queensland Vocational Education and Training VET Strategy delivers the best outcomes in terms of funding and support for students to go onto further education and training post-school.
The Queensland Government has released a discussion paper and is seeking feedback from stakeholders, in particular schools, students, and families to inform the new Queensland VET Strategy. You can access the discussion paper and respond to a short online survey at www.qld.gov.au/qvetstrategy.
