The first edition of the 2020 LEQ Governance Workshops was held by Zoom last Saturday. 30 Participants representing 15 of the 26 schools in the system were in attendance. At times it felt like we were delivering the nightly news (as the picture of our ‘recording studio’ might indicate), but in the end it was 3 hours of interaction and engagement between colleagues around the challenges of leading and governing a school through the COVID-19 pandemic.
