Recently, the LEQ Executive Team engaged with Jane Wundersitz from WunderTraining in a two-day leadership retreat building our relationships and values and aligning our vision.
This bespoke leadership retreat provided the LEQ executive team with the space, time, and pace to build connection, and alignment and to set the foundations for the path ahead. Keynote Speaker, Strengths Master, and Culture Trainer, Jane Wundersitz covered a mix of topics, including strengths, psychological safety, neuroscience-based agile thinking, change strategies, and some interactive challenges to further build an authentic connection with our teams and schools. LEQ executive staff are now fuelled with new knowledge, a deeper awareness and passion to continue the work we do in our profession, for our schools and their students.
