During this workshop, school leaders will step through a school improvement cycle that is specific to your context and needs. Further in-school support is available to implement the cycle. All schools are required to have an ongoing, systematic approach to school improvement. This workshop will cover:
- deciding strategies
- setting priorities
- how you will achieve the strategies (action plan) regular monitoring
- annual reporting to the community
