This week we had a Breakfast/Dinner meeting with Prof. Stephen Heppell and Lys Johnson in the UK/Spain to talk about a group of passionate students in Spain who have researched the foods that help your brain work to a higher capacity and have now written a recipe book that uses those ingredients in delicious recipes.
Under the guidance of Professor Stephen Heppell, these students want to take their learning further by acting as experts and mentors for a group of Australian students who would also like to learn about brain foods.
We think there are some exciting opportunities for students to make global connections and begin a really authentic project in this space…the possibilities are endless…
