Do you have staff needing to complete their Accreditation as a Teacher in a Lutheran school? Are you ready for your Connect Session 4 to be facilitated on site by the Identity and Formation team?
It has been fantastic to facilitate Connect Session 4 workshops with 8 different schools over the past term and we have a few more booked in before the end of the year. Working with the different teachers in these workshops, across different schools, is such a privilege as they share their journeys revealing how they came to be part of the Lutheran System. In turn, we get to share what is so special about Lutheran education and to walk beside each other as they discover how an understanding of the Lutheran theological lens shapes and forms our relationships with students and fellow educators.
As an Identity and Formation team, we have continued to review and refine how Connect Session 4 is facilitated for your staff, to ensure we continue to support and guide all staff right through to ePortfolio submission.
Additionally, we have continued to work in partnership with the appointed Connect facilitators in each school and we are looking forward to engaging in a Connect Facilitator’s workshop early in 2024 to share Facilitators resource updates and create a collaboration opportunity to further equip those that have taken on this role. To help with our planning for 2024, if you know that you will need a Connect Session 4 workshop facilitated on your campus, please send an email to me so that we can coordinate a time the Identity and Formation team can come on site and facilitate this for you.
