Each year, we delight in celebrating the incredible tenure of staff members across Schools, OSHCs, and Early Years Services – particularly those who have dedicated decades of their life to Lutheran education. Spending more than 10 years in a single role is an achievement for anyone, but it’s especially impressive in today’s job market.

- Toni Bartel, St Andrews Lutheran College: 30 years serving Lutheran Schools
- Warren Irvine, Grace Lutheran College: 30 years serving Lutheran Schools’
These long-serving LEQ legends have not only seen change throughout their tenure with Lutheran Education Queensland, but they have been part of the growth. The LEQ Executive team are grateful they choose to bring such dedication, passion, and wisdom to their roles and to their teams every single day.
