Last Monday, the St Paul’s School community hosted the first events for their Principal Anton Prinsloo’s farewell.
A Walk of Honour was held; students both present and past, staff, parents and special guests lined the pathway around the school. Anton took the time to walk and greet each person.
Some students made posters or cards to share with Anton. The school choir sang an Irish Blessing and a special message Thank you Mr Prinsloo. “We will miss you” was shared with Anton.
This was followed by a Picnic for the Principal where families came with their picnic rugs and baskets of food. A special cake was shared by all.
Events next week include a Crazy Sock Day (given that the students are always keen to see what socks Anton is wearing), a special Assembly in his honour and a staff social event.
