This week we hosted a session for LESNW leaders to learn about the R2P workshop that has been helping many of our schools reflect on the learning during the Covid stages and set some future directions based on what we have discovered and uncovered during this time. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect cross regionally and it was exciting to discuss all of the common ways that we are unpacking and exploring meaningful change and innovation in our Lutheran schools.
