Restorative Practice is for everyone! It can be easy to think that Restorative Practice is what Pastoral Care Leaders use to sort out high level challenges with students. So how can we challenge this notion in our communities so that everyone spends time thinking about how a restorative approach can and should inform that way we interact with one another, especially our young people?
