Faith Lutheran College Plainland Leadership Retreat
Earlier last week we were privileged to visit the Faith Lutheran College Plainland Leadership retreat where we witnessed a nestling in together to nudge the narratives of Lutheran schooling and learning for Faith. The richness in discussion and debate enabled an awareness of diversity while allowing for a consensus of mission, vision and intents for the continued success of Faith Lutheran College. The derived assumptions and formulation of narratives will now be shared wider with the school community for greater consultation. Well done to all.
