Equip workshops prepare and support teachers who teach or lead Christian Studies in our schools.  This is a practical workshop designed to equip teachers with theology, biblical literacy and pedagogy for planning, teaching, and learning in Christian Studies. Any teacher who delivers Christian Studies in a Lutheran school should achieve this accreditation. Course structure and themes include: Equip 1 - Who is God? In collaboration with the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority, LEQ will provide a series of information sessions to keep our services and schools abreast of early childhood regulatory priorities for 2024 and beyond. The Service Leaders Day is an opportunity to engage in professional learning on essential topics that will enhance knowledge and skills for effective operation of their Services, which will in turn enrich the learning outcomes for children that are enrolled within the Service.  Participants have a chance to connect with other Service Leaders, share experiences and build a supportive network that can facilitate ongoing collaboration and exchange of best practice ideas. The day aims to incorporate elements of inspiration and personal reflection to encourage Service Leaders to consider new approaches or ideas to make positive impactful changes to their Services.  The training offered emphases continuous learning and growth within the context of service-orientated leadership.
