Restorative Practice in the Workplace

This workshop is designed to develop an understanding of the philosophy and principles of restorative justice in the workplace, schools, early years and OSHC services. This workshop will cover:
- the skills to convene an effective restorative conference
- a plan for implementing a restorative philosophy and practices that can be sustained within our service, school and community
- how to lead restorative practices
- tools and resources to build a restorative culture
