Incident Prevention and Management

This workshop will explore how using effective systems can identify and manage risk in a timely and efficient manner. This workshop will cover:
- reflective measures to ensure leaders and teams confidently identify and assess risk
- understanding our obligations in relation to the National Law and Regulation
- understanding risky play as adventurous play and how to create opportunities for children to explore and test their capabilities
- manage risk associated with adventurous play to build capable, resourceful and resilient children
