The 2-day retreat provides our Service Leaders (and their nominated staff who join us on the Saturday) with an opportunity to engage in professional learning through keynote speakers in the areas of regulation, leadership, critical reflection, wellbeing and inclusive education; all through the lens of the approved learning frameworks and what it means to be a Lutheran service! The Retreat also provides a very important opportunity for us to come together to support each other and celebrate the amazing education and care you and your teams provide every day to children and families.
