Our Mission
As a department of the Lutheran Church of Australia Queensland District (LCAQD), LEQ exists to nurture, strengthen, guide, and uplift educators working in Lutheran schools, OSHCs, colleges, and early childhood services through innovation and ongoing improvement.
Through them, we foster holistic learning environments where students are free to flourish in all areas of their life, including their academic and personal pursuits.
Each child is encouraged to grow their unique talents and interests through innovative educational practices, supportive wellbeing programs and pastoral care, service and community initiatives, and a grounding in Christian values.
