Human Resources and Industrial Relations

Lutheran Education Queensland supports schools and colleges in the management of their significant and diverse workforces within a framework of Lutheran ethos and values.  Areas of support include:  recruitment and selection; learning and development; workforce planning; organisational development and change; and employee relations.

Lutheran Education Queensland also monitors trends and developments in human resource management and industrial relations within the context of school and college operations, and the Lutheran Education Queensland system.

Professional Development activities and training directed towards encouraging a culture of continual and sustainable improvement, and maintenance of high levels of compliance with the regulatory framework applying to Queensland Lutheran schools and colleges are also provided.
